My return has been refused or only partially refunded

There are several reasons why a return may be refused:

• If the bracelet is damaged or if a link is not reassembled, the return will be refused.
• If the packaging is damagedor if a tool is missing, a €2 deduction will be applied.
• If the free bracelet is missing (2 for 1 offer), it will be deducted from the refund.
