Who pays for the return journey?

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to submit your returns request via the returns portal Refund policy

- You have received a broken, damaged, incomplete or non-compliant product. In this case, contact us within 72 hours with photos or videos to organise a return at our expense.

- If you wish to return your product for an exchange or refund, the return is at your expense. a fee of 1.5€ will be deduce for refund
